3. Grondslagen voor verwerking

  • Uitvoering overeenkomst — om de dienst te kunnen leveren (art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG)
  • Toestemming — voor analytics en niet-functionele cookies (art. 6 lid 1 sub a AVG)
  • Gerechtvaardigd belang — beveiliging en fraudepreventie (art. 6 lid 1 sub f AVG)
  • Wettelijke verplichting — bewaren van bepaalde gegevens op grond van de wet (art. 6 lid 1 sub c AVG)

5. Bewaartermijnen

  • Actieve accountdata: zolang het account bestaat
  • Inactieve accounts: worden 2 jaar na laatste activiteit verwijderd
  • Foto's van defecten: worden verwijderd na afsluiting van de opdracht, tenzij langer vereist
  • GDPR-verzoeken: 5 jaar (wettelijke bewaarplicht)
  • Server logs: maximaal 90 dagen

6. Uw rechten

Op grond van de AVG heeft u het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar. U kunt uw rechten uitoefenen via het formulier onderaan deze pagina. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen.

U heeft ook het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Beveiliging

Wij beveiligen uw gegevens met HTTPS, row-level security in onze database, token-gebaseerde authenticatie en toegangscontrole per gebruikersrol.

9. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze privacyverklaring aanpassen. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen ontvangt u een e-mailbericht en wordt u bij de volgende login gevraagd opnieuw akkoord te gaan.

5. Retention periods

  • Active account data: for the lifetime of the account
  • Inactive accounts: deleted 2 years after last activity
  • Defect photos: deleted upon job closure unless legally required longer
  • GDPR requests: 5 years (legal requirement)
  • Server logs: maximum 90 days

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Submit a request using the form below. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

5. Plazos de conservación

  • Datos de cuenta activa: durante la vigencia de la cuenta
  • Cuentas inactivas: eliminadas 2 años después de la última actividad
  • Fotos de averías: eliminadas al cerrar el trabajo salvo obligación legal
  • Solicitudes RGPD: 5 años (obligación legal)
  • Registros del servidor: máximo 90 días

6. Sus derechos

En virtud del RGPD tiene derecho a: acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición. Presente una solicitud mediante el formulario a continuación. Responderemos en un plazo de 30 días.

También puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

8. Seguridad

Protegemos sus datos con HTTPS, seguridad a nivel de fila en la base de datos, autenticación basada en tokens y control de acceso por rol.

9. Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política. Ante cambios sustanciales, le enviaremos un correo electrónico y solicitaremos un nuevo consentimiento en el próximo inicio de sesión.
